These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 77jaya platform, including the website at https://77jaya.bar, all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, and every service offered therein, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and promotional programmes (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating a 77jaya account or by placing a bet or wager of any kind on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

77jaya reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, address, and payment method ownership at any stage. Acceptable documents include a National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in our request will result in account suspension pending verification.

2 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

All financial transactions on the 77jaya Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 77jaya does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Currency conversion is the sole responsibility of the player.

• The minimum single deposit is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, subject to payment provider transaction caps.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• Deposits are credited to your 77jaya account balance within seconds for mobile wallet methods and within approximately 30 minutes for bank transfers.
• 77jaya does not charge any platform-side deposit fee. Any fees levied by your payment provider are your own responsibility.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gameplay on the Platform. Funds cannot be transferred between player accounts.
• We do not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 5–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to 2 business hours.
• All withdrawals are subject to an identity verification check. We may require OTP confirmation or documentary evidence before releasing funds.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if any bonus wagering requirement attached to your account balance remains unfulfilled.
• 77jaya reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Players may not use the Platform as a payment processing or money transfer service. Any account found to be depositing and withdrawing without meaningful gameplay activity will be investigated and may be permanently closed.

3 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

77jaya offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified account holders who have made at least one qualifying real-money deposit, unless specified as a no-deposit bonus.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated as a recurring offer.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted).
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, Teen Patti, and Andar Bahar may contribute a reduced percentage. Sports bets must meet minimum odds requirements as specified per promotion.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money balance. Once a wagering requirement is met, any remaining bonus-derived winnings are converted to real-money balance and become withdrawable.

4 Gameplay Rules & Betting Conduct

All games and sports betting markets available on the 77jaya Platform are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In all cases, the following platform-wide conduct rules apply:

• Players must act in good faith at all times. Any form of collusion, chip dumping, exploitation of software errors, use of automated betting bots, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• If a technical error causes an incorrect payout, 77jaya reserves the right to void the relevant round and refund the stake to the player's account.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in 77jaya's server logs shall be the definitive record and shall take precedence over any client-side display discrepancy.
• For sports betting, all markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). Decisions made after the conclusion of play are not taken into account for settlement purposes unless otherwise specified.
• Void bets are returned as stakes to the player's account balance. Bets cannot be cancelled once the relevant event has commenced unless the Platform explicitly offers a cash-out feature for that market.

• 77jaya reserves the right to limit betting on any market, suspend an account's betting privileges, or refuse individual bets at its sole discretion.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written authorisation from 77jaya.
• Game content supplied by third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, etc.) remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their own licensing terms.
• The 77jaya name, logo, and brand marks may not be used in any context without express written permission.

7 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77jaya and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Platform, whether direct or indirect.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, DDoS attacks, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

77jaya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, use of stolen payment credentials, or bonus abuse.
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Use of automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at 77jaya staff or other players.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement directive requiring account closure.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. Where closure occurs at the player's own request (voluntary closure), any real-money balance — net of pending bonus wagering obligations — will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method within 5 business days.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, and use of personal data submitted to 77jaya is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

• We collect personal data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, and comply with our legal obligations.
